She is also an Assistant District Emergency Cordinater for southeast Michigan as wel as a Lead Net Control Station for MICON (Michigan Inter-County Operations Network) working directly with the NWS (National Weather Service) and running a severe weather radio net for 17 counties in Michigan.

Awww, thanks. :) MICON is run directly FROM the NWS, you forgot to mention that.

That's one bit of training I have that you don't have. I have an all access pass to the NWS whenever I want (not that I use it for much other than to run the nets when they need me and occasionally drop stuff off there). But overall training-wise, you kick my butt. :)

Well, I have alot of "on scene training" as you know. I can go a little beyond radio comms. ie - Me taking over the scene at the school in Fenton for that tornado. Those other two people had no clue what to do. IC training kicks in there.
